New Study: Sprinting Reduces Stress

A study has found that short periods of exhaustive exercise can reduce stress.  After a study where participants performed a single all-court sprint, researchers found that each participant experienced less tension, anger, and confusion about 75 minutes afterwards.  Scientists claimed sprinting fatigues the mind, resetting it to its baseline.  You can reap the benefits of sprinting just by a single 30 second spring.  So next time your need to clear your head or feeling irrate, just do a quick sprint.
