		<description>I agree, med ball training is a good alternative to the flat bench or incline press but that is about all I agree with.  There are so many different ways to work your chest, just like any other body part.  You just need to use your imagination.  Dips, Cables, machines, Bands, plyometric pushups, smith machine etc.  There is plenty of variety when it comes to chest training.</description>
